Job Description:
A company is looking for an IT Lawyer/Corporate Secretary to
manage corporate governance and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all corporate documentation and maintain the register of
shareholders
Track deadlines for company responsibilities and submit
non-financial reports
Work with various agreements and prepare internal certificates
Required Qualifications
Higher education degree in law
3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in IT or
international companies
Experience in supporting the registration and operation of
companies abroad
Upper-Intermediate level of English
